The chief engineer for the Chevrolet Camaro has stated his interest getting their vehicles to run Nurburgring in 7 minutes. The closest they have gotten to the mark is 7:16 and the closest vehicle GM has to the mark was a Corvette that did it in 7:14. The engineer also stated that the Camaro might get a drag pack in the future.
