Return Policy

  • Call us to arrange for any returns at 888-260-6168 or you may email customer service at .
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • There may be a 20% restocking fee charged against some returned parts.
  • If a package is refused by the recipient, there will be a 30% restocking fee for the item(s) in that package.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • Buyer pays for Return Shipping cost, unless request is approved by the Seller under reasonable circumstances.

What Happens After Return Approval

  • The return cannot be processed until the part is received at the store. 
  • Once the part is received by the returns department, the customer will receive their money back in the form that it was given within one business day of receiving the part in store. For example, if the customer used PayPal for the transaction then the refund will go back into the customer's PayPal account or, if a credit card was used, then the refund will be put back on that card within one business day of receiving the returned part in store.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a restock fee of 20% may apply. This does still apply for some special order parts even if you were unaware of a special order at time of purchase. This does not include backordered items.
