What Happens After Return Approval
The return cannot be processed until the part is received at the store.
Once the part is received by the returns department, the customer will receive their money back in the form that it was given within one business day of receiving the part in store. For example, if the customer used PayPal for the transaction then the refund will go back into the customer's PayPal account or, if a credit card was used, then the refund will be put back on that card within one business day of receiving the returned part in store.
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a restock fee of 20% may apply. This does still apply for some special order parts even if you were unaware of a special order at time of purchase. This does not include backordered items.
